Chamomile is my favorite plant for ADD. A cup of chamomile tea or a few drops of chamomile essential oils, calms nerves and helps you focus.

Other benefits of chamomile:

  • It is great for skin problems, and can be used as a natural facial cleanser, soothes irritated skin, and helps fight against acne.
  • Calms muscle pain
  • Promotes sleep
  • Boosts immunity
  • Soothes IBS
  • Antiseptic & antibiotic
  • Very calming
  • Stimulate blood circulation

Over-all chamomile is so helpful is so many different ways. What is your favorite use for chamomile?
